A “Comfort Stop” service is available for all the pet owners with a stopover in Paris Roissy CDG airport, who would like their pet(s) to enjoy the care and attention we can offer pets in transit.
“Comfort Stop” Service includes, collecting pets from their owners, upon arrival at the airport. All pets are released from their cages when taken to our ministry approved airport kennel and cattery.
The dogs can stretch their legs on a good walk with one of our ministry certified animal carers. Your companion will wait in our kennel in a quiet and peaceful place devoid of stress. They will be provided with fresh water and food depending on the transit duration.
Cats will wait in our heated cattery in cosy baskets appropriate for their comfort. They are provided with a litter tray, cat biscuits & wet food if required, fresh water and will enjoy the peace and calm before they re-embark for a new destination!
Pets and their cages are cleaned if necessary during their stay, which is also helpful to relax the pet for the next part of the journey. A clean and tidy kennel is also preferred by the airline.
All pets’ special needs can be catered for.
Delivery back to you at your check-in desk at the requested time with your pets all relaxed and ready for the next part of the journey.

I wish to express my great happiness and satisfaction with Goldenway Pets, and Alex specifically. Alex was waiting for me and Tiffany as we departed the Baggage Claim area. He was very polite, and explained what he would do with Tiffany while at CDG. Alex allowed Tiffany time to walk, drink water, and urinate. He also provided a new water dish inside her crate. (Tiffany had destroyed the one I first put inside the crate.) After about an hour, Alex met me upstairs at the Departures Check In area.
Please pass along my thanks and compliments of a job well done to Alex. This was my first time traveling with a pet dog from Africa to USA. Goldenway Pets made the stop in Paris very smooth, and uneventful. I would highly recommend your company to my friends if they should have such a need.
